Before we begin the process of finalizing your application please review and accept the following.
- 3 month plan: You will be charged $499 for Compounded Tirzepatide today. Your 3-month plan prescription will automatically renew $499 for Compounded Tirzepatide every 10 weeks. You can cancel anytime.
- Your online application alone may be sufficient for your medication to be prescribed in most states. Not all states require a telephone consultation. If further information is needed, you will receive a call from the healthcare provider, but this will not be the case in every instance.
- Providers rely on the accuracy of your information to determine your dosage. You will not be charged more or less based on the dosage you are prescribed. Please remember, since not all prescriptions require a telephone consultation, you may not be able to alter your dosage once it has been submitted to the pharmacy by the provider. If you submit false information on the application regarding your current dosing, you will not be refunded if the provider prescribes the dosage based on untruthful answers.
- Please Triple Check that your shipping information is correct. Refunds are not provided for incorrect shipping addresses.
- Post-Telehealth Cancellation or Non-Prescription: If the patient completes a telehealth visit and a prescription order has been submitted and the patient desires to cancel the prescription order, Brello will issue a refund of the total amount paid by the patient minus a $50 service fee only if the patient provides Brello written notice via email at info@brellohealth.com on the same day as the telehealth visit.
- **Post-Dispatch:** Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications and in compliance with pharmacy laws, medications prepared and dispensed are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed. If you have concerns about your medication or believe there has been an error in dispensing, please get in touch with the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery of the medication.
- Replacement Policy:
At Brello, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If your medication is lost in transit, we’re happy to work with our partner pharmacy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. However, please note that if a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, to the address provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a replacement due to a recent rise in fraudulent claims.
